Publication Policy Agreement

This Publication Policy Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the submission, review, publication, and distribution of manuscripts submitted to Humanitas Journal of Interdisciplinary Social Sciences ("Journal"). By submitting a manuscript for consideration to the Journal, authors and co-authors ("Authors") agree to abide by the policies and procedures outlined herein.

1. Manuscript Submission and Review Process:

1.1 Authors must submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published, nor are under consideration for publication elsewhere.

1.2 Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the Journal's online submission system, accompanied by a cover letter affirming compliance with ethical guidelines and authorship criteria.

1.3 Submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer review process, conducted by experts in the relevant field(s). Authors should respond promptly to feedback and revision requests from reviewers and editors.

2. Authorship and Attribution:

3. Ethical Standards and Compliance:

3.1 Authors must adhere to the highest ethical standards in research conduct and reporting, including avoiding plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of academic misconduct.

3.2 Research involving human subjects must comply with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations, including obtaining informed consent, protecting participant confidentiality, and minimizing potential harm or exploitation.

4. Copyright and Licensing:

4.1 Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the Journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the manuscript in all forms and media, including electronic and print formats.

4.2 Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for the use of copyrighted material included in their manuscript, including figures, tables, and excerpts from other publications.

5. Editorial Decision and Publication:

5.1 The editorial decision regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript is at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board, based on the recommendations of peer reviewers.

5.2 Accepted manuscripts will be published online and may be included in future print editions of the Journal. Authors will be notified of the publication status and provided with proofs for final approval before publication.

6. Open Access and Archiving:

6.1 The Journal is committed to open access publishing, making published articles freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees.

7. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation:

7.1 The views and opinions expressed in published manuscripts are those of the Authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Journal, its editorial team, or sponsoring organizations.

7.2 The Journal and its editorial team make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content published in the Journal, and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of published material.

8. Amendment and Termination:

8.1 The Journal reserves the right to amend or update this Publication Policy Agreement at any time, with changes communicated to Authors via the Journal's website or other appropriate channels.

8.2 In the event of termination or discontinuation of the Journal, all rights and obligations under this Agreement shall cease, with Authors notified accordingly.
